In addition to financially supporting local causes, PAETEC strongly encourages its employees to be personally involved with charitable organizations, both as volunteers and by serving on the board. Through the Community Connections Program, directors and above are given a budget of corporate funds that they are authorized to contribute to charities of their choice. In fact, these employees are expected to be actively involved with the charities to which their corporate funds are designated.
