We listen to our customers in many ways, but what has become our most important tactic for understanding customer needs is the Customer Advisory Board Program. In every region we serve, we have assembled a board of client representatives who meet annually to tell us how we can improve the way we do business with them.

The Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) provide our customers with an open forum to discuss their needs, concerns, and suggestions regarding PAETEC's product and service offerings. In turn, our senior executives and management teams are given clear insight into our customers' unique business requirements, aligning corporate initiatives to benefit not only PAETEC's future, but our customers' future growth as well.

PAETEC hosts over 60 regional customers sessions that include over 950 active CAB members.
