PAETEC Holding Corp. (NASDAQ GS: PAET), which provides data, voice, and Internet solutions to business-class customers nationwide, today announced its voice, data and equipment bundle offering, IP Simple Solutions, is now available to a national audience where Dynamic IP voice service is available.

PAETEC Holding Corp. (NASDAQ GS: PAET), which provides data, voice, and Internet solutions to business-class customers nationwide, today announced its voice, data and equipment bundle offering, IP Simple Solutions, is now available to a national audience where Dynamic IP voice service is available.
"This creates one of the most unique offerings in the industry with end-to-end service and support from the desktop to the cloud," said John Chapman, senior vice president of marketing. "With IP Simple Solutions, PAETEC can offer and support SIP Trunking, High-Speed Internet and MPLS VPN nationwide, as well as our own IP PBX and phones."
Currently, businesses must combine services from a service provider and a different equipment manufacturer, often leading to challenges in support. The IP Simple Solutions product bundle couples a PAETEC Dynamic IP product with a customer-defined equipment bundle. Customers may choose from the following equipment to complete their IP Simple bundle:
- IP PBX: 24x or 6x
- IP Phones: 9212 and/or 9224
- Optional Software: Call Assistant, Call Queuing, Conference Center, VPN, and Multi Language Pack.
As IP Simple Solutions is an equipment rental program, at the end of their initial term agreement customers have the option of retaining and continuing with the same monthly rental payments, or returning the equipment to PAETEC.
IP Simple Solutions is a result of PAETEC's acquisition of the IP PBX manufacturer Allworx in 2007. In October, 2008, PAETEC's SIP Trunking was named Most Innovative Product by Telephony Magazine and in August, 2009, Business Solutions Magazine named the Allworx 24x and 9224 as Best Channel Product in the IP PBX and IP Phone categories respectively.
