BY ENROLLING IN, USING, OR PAYING FOR PAETEC'S SERVICES, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO THE STANDARD TERMS, THE SLA, THE AUP AND THE OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. PAETEC MAY CHANGE THE STANDARD TERMS, SLA, AUP AND OTHER SCHEDULES LISTED BELOW AT ANY TIME. YOU SHOULD CHECK THIS SITE FREQUENTLY FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE INFORMATION. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO PAETEC'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ARE IN EFFECT AT THE TIME YOU USE THE SERVICES.
