Thank you for choosing service from PAETEC Communications or their affiliates ("PAETEC"). As a customer, your contract with PAETEC consists of your service agreement, which incorporates by reference the Standard Terms and Conditions [item Number 1 below] (hereinafter, the "Standard Terms") and the Service Level Agreement [item Number 2 below] (hereinafter, the "SLA").

Your service agreement may include other terms and conditions set forth in additional schedules listed below. These service specific terms and conditions shall apply, in addition to your service agreement, the Standard Terms and SLA, in the event you purchase a service with applicable service specific terms and conditions.

PLEASE READ THE STANDARD TERMS AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE SCHEDULES [INCLUDING PAETEC'S ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY ("AUP")] LISTED BELOW AS THESE GOVERN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU (THE CUSTOMER) AND PAETEC. BY ENROLLING IN, USING, OR PAYING FOR PAETEC'S SERVICES, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO THE STANDARD TERMS, THE SLA, THE AUP AND THE OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. PAETEC MAY CHANGE THE STANDARD TERMS, SLA, AUP AND OTHER SCHEDULES LISTED BELOW AT ANY TIME. YOU SHOULD CHECK THIS SITE FREQUENTLY FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE INFORMATION. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO PAETEC'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ARE IN EFFECT AT THE TIME YOU USE THE SERVICES.
