Keith M. Wilson
Keith M. Wilson serves PAETEC as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer, and is responsible for maintaining and reporting the financial health of the company and overseeing corporate assets. In this role, Mr. Wilson is responsible for such finance-related departments as Treasury, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Network Cost, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Investor Relations. Additionally, Mr. Wilson serves as a Director for PAETEC's Board.
Prior to joining PAETEC in January 2001, Mr. Wilson most recently served as Vice President and head of the Telecommunications Finance Group at Union Bank of California, where he focused on sourcing and providing capital for telecommunications services companies in the wireline, wireless, and data-services markets. Mr. Wilson also has held positions with First Dominion Capital, NationsBank, Bank of Boston, and Fleet Bank. Mr. Wilson received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, where he was a Nisbet Scholar, and a master's degree from The University of Michigan. In 2010, Mr. Wilson was named "CFO of the Year" by the New Jersey Tech Council based on his outstanding contributions to PAETEC's performance and accomplishments.
Mr. Wilson serves on the PAETEC Holding Corp.'s Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and as Vice Chairman for the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. He is also former Chairman of the Dickinson Fund Advisory Committee, and former Board Member of the McAndrews Fund for Athletics, both of Dickinson College.
