Sanjay Hiranandani
Sanjay Hiranandani serves as Senior Vice President of Engineering at PAETEC, overseeing all Network Engineering functions, including traditional TDM technologies, packet-based voice and data, new technology infrastructure and charting the strategic technology direction of the company and its shift to IP based services. Mr. Hiranandani's team leads efforts to engineer our core infrastructure and next-generation product sets, and is responsible for all technology evolution, design, deployment, and support of all network elements, and driving processes and automation to support these elements. The infrastructure at PAETEC that he and his team are responsible for engineering represents a best-in-class infrastructure which has received numerous industry awards and accolades.
Before joining PAETEC, Mr. Hiranandani was employed as Vice President for Advanced Technologies at TeleBeam, Inc. Prior to that role, he served as a lead network architect at Cornell University, where he also previously received his Bachelor of Arts degree.
In 2002, Mr. Hiranandani received the Rochester Business Journal's "Forty Under 40" award. He serves on the Board of Trustees and on the finance committee of the Geva Theatre Center, and on the Board of Directors of Development of Indian American Leaders (DIAL).
