Our People - Senior Officers

Sean Pflaging serves as Senior Vice President of Network Services. In this role, he is responsible for the planning, engineering and optimization of PAETEC's local, data and long distance networks. In addition, Mr. Pflaging manages Network Planning & Optimization, Provisioning, Network Cost, and Vendor Relations, which oversees purchasing for all wholesale network telecommunication services from third party vendors.

Prior to joining PAETEC, he spent ten years with Business Telecom, Inc. (BTI), an integrated communications provider based in Raleigh, North Carolina as Vice President of Network Services & Carrier Services. Before his tenure with BTI, he worked with Sprint International, holding a variety of positions in the finance and accounting area. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accountancy from Wake Forest University.
