
As a PAETEC Sales Associate, you will spend up to 36 weeks in a rigorous Sales Training program. Throughout this time, you will report to a Regional Trainer and assist an experienced PAETEC Account Executive to gain an understanding of the communications industry with the goal of being transitioned to an Account Executive position selling PAETEC's products and services.
Our program includes self-study modules, very structured on-the-job training, classroom instruction at our regional training facilities, personal mentoring, and ongoing education throughout your career. You will be expected to spend up to two weeks staying and training in one of our corporate facilities twice during the program (your expenses will be free-of-charge).
As you master the skills necessary to succeed, you will advance toward the PAETEC Account Executive position. This role is a salaried position with one of the most competitive commission structures in the industry.
Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be offered the opportunity to become a PAETEC Account Executive at one of our national sales offices.

Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and a 3.5 GPA. We are looking for aggressive graduates with strong negotiation and persuasion skills who are interested in a future of commission sales. We want self-directed, fast learners that are income-motivated and have outstanding oral and written communication skills.
