CampusLink is a unique customer service center dedicated exclusively to serving students enrolled in higher education. CampusLink customer service representatives have been trained to recognize, understand and address the special needs of college and university students. Our goal is simple: delight the customer with the finest service in the industry.

Hours of Operation
PAETEC provides special, extended hours of operation to meet the needs of our student customers. The CampusLink Service Center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

After Hours Assistance
PAETEC also provides after-hours assistance. A sophisticated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system provides students with important information about their account, such as current daily balances and recent payment history.

800 Number Access
Via a toll-free 800 number, the Customer Service Center provides the following:

  • Account balance information
  • Bill reconciliation
  • Resolution of payment issues
  • Database charges
  • Call rating information
  • Payment processing via credit card
  • Receipt and dispatch maintenance and equipment problems
  • Password services for voice mail
