Joseph H. Ceryanec

Joseph H. Ceryanec serves as President, Central Region, and is responsible for managing direct sales, agent sales, account development, network design, service engineering, as well as P&L responsibility for the region. Mr. Ceryanec joined PAETEC from McLeodUSA where he served as Chief Financial Officer since February 2006, following his appointment as Acting Chief Financial Officer in August 2005. Prior to joining McLeodUSA in September 1996, Mr. Ceryanec was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Met-Coil Systems Corporation. Prior to joining
Met-Coil, he was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young. Mr. Ceryanec is a Certified Public Accountant.
