Charles E. Sieving serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to joining PAETEC in February, 2007, Mr. Sieving was a Partner with Hogan & Hartson L.L.P., an international law firm and the principal
corporate outside legal counsel to PAETEC.
Mr. Sieving holds a B.A. degree from Denison University and a J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
