How to Order Internet Serivces
State agency End Users are required to use ISP services provided by DIR unless they first obtain a waiver form DIR. Political subdivisions and institutions of higher education, whether public or private, are authorized to use the DIR sponsored contracts but are not mandated to do so.
All End User Purchase Orders will be placed directly with the DIR and shall reference the DIR contract number assigned to this Contract. The vendor shall work with the End User and DIR to ensure that the End User’s order is correct and all necessary information needed to fulfill such order is included, prior to End User issuing the Purchase Order to DIR. The End User Services Agreement shall be in the form and with the terms and conditions as set forth in DIR Contract No. DIR-SDD-931.
