Qualifying products Online Quoting Spiff — Any facilities based product sold that had a service agreement generated by and uploaded through the Online Quoting tool and not by a channel manager. NRC Payday — NRCs qualifying for the promo are discretionary NRCs on products including T-1s, PRIs, etc. Required NRCs are non-commissionable. To determine if the product qualifies, contact your channel manager. Pick Your Internet Spiff — Any facilities based dedicated Internet Access product including DS1, nxT-1, DS3, Ethernet, OC-3, OC-12. Minimum charge for Internet port per DS1 is $295 or $750 for Ethernet and DS3 or any OC-X $2100 minimum port charge (all excluding CPE and Loop). Minimum 36 month term. Progressive Payout — Any facilities based circuit integrated with local, LD and/or Internet including T-1, PRI or Dynamic IP DS1, nxT-1, DS3, Ethernet, OC-3 or OC-12. Data Local Loop Promo — Any facilities based dedicated Internet Access product including DS1, NxT-1, Ethernet, OC-X. Terms and Conditions: Promotions valid from 01/01/10 to 03/31/10. NEW LOGOS ONLY. All qualifying sales must be signed and submitted before March 31, 2010. Minimum of 24 month term is required on all promotions unless otherwise noted. All residual Spiff’s will be paid for the term of the agreement. Fractional Ports are only applicable on integrated circuits, not standalone. Residual Spiffs may not be paid until after the customer’s first invoice. Other Spiffs may not be paid until after the customer is assigned a PAETEC account number. PAETEC reserves the right to reclaim Spiff payments if qualifying criteria are not met or if early termination of any services occur that result in the criteria not being met. * Qualifying NRCs only. † Any MPLS network qualifying for a Spiff must have 60% of locations On-Net. |
