Thank you for choosing service from PAETEC Communications or their affiliates ("PAETEC"). As a customer, your contract with PAETEC consists of your service agreement, which incorporates by reference the Wholesale VPN Standard Terms and Conditions [Item Number 1 below] (hereinafter the "VPN Terms and Conditions"), the Service Level Agreement [Item Number 2 below] (hereinafter the "SLA") and which may include other additional schedules listed below based on the services you are purchasing.
The VPN Terms and Conditions shall apply, in addition to your master service agreement and SLA, only if you are purchasing VPN services from PAETEC.
PLEASE READ THE STANDARD TERMS AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE SCHEDULES LISTED BELOW AS THESE GOVERN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU (THE CUSTOMER) AND PAETEC. BY ENROLLING IN, USING, OR PAYING FOR PAETEC'S SERVICES, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO THE STANDARD TERMS AND THE OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW. PAETEC MAY CHANGE THE STANDARD TERMS AND OTHER SCHEDULES LISTED BELOW AT ANY TIME. YOU SHOULD CHECK THIS SITE FREQUENTLY FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE INFORMATION. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO PAETEC'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ARE IN EFFECT AT THE TIME YOU USE THE SERVICES.
