Local and Long Distance
PAETEC currently offers Local and Long Distance Service in the following LATAs (Local Access and Transport Areas) across the U.S.: 122, 126, 128, 130, 132, 133, 134, 136, 140, 222, 224, 228, 234, 236, 238, 358, 458, 460, 730, 920, and 974.

PAETEC's Local service offers features* such as:

• Hunting, including regular, circular, uniform call distribution, most idle, and first-in first-out
• Call Forwarding, including busy, no answer, don't answer, remote activation, and call queuing
• Call Rejection, Call Trace, Call Transfer, 3-Way Calling, Caller ID, Speed Calling, and Selective Call Handling
• Account Codes, Authorization Codes, Expanded Rate Centers, and Network Redirection
• Call Return, Call Hold, B Channel Transfer, Call Privacy, and Distinctive Alerting
• Interoffice Dialing (3-6 digit), Foreign Exchange Service, and DTO (Direct Trunk Overflow)
• Directory Assistance

PAETEC's Long Distance service features* include:

• Account codes (verified and non-verified), authorization codes, and override codes
• ANI (Automatic Number Identification)/DNIS (Dialed Number Identification Service), Directory Assistance, and Toll Restriction (1+ and 0-blocking)

8XX Toll-Free
Our 8XX Toll-Free service provides 8XX numbers and services to facilitate in-bound calling for end-users such as calling card providers.

8XX IntraLATA
PAETEC's 8XX IntraLATA service delivers traffic for calling card providers and IXCs (Inter Exchange Carriers), enabling them to bypass typical IXC terminating charges. This service is currently available in the following LATAs: 128, 132, 236, 358, 730, and 732.

8XX Origination
8XX Origination service from PAETEC offers termination to 8XX service providers for customers like wireless companies.

Toll-Free and International Toll-Free (ITFS)
PAETEC offers Toll-Free and International Toll-Free services on either a dedicated (direct to end-user), or switched (indirectly via a Local Exchange Carrier) basis. There are no initial start-up fees associated with provisioning, and a monthly per-number fee does apply. You can offer your customers a number of valuable toll-free features*, including:

• Account codes (verified and non-verified)

PAETEC's TeleBlock helps outbound telemarketers ensure compliance with Do-Not-Call (DNC) lists and is available for any on-net PAETEC Local and Long Distance customer with two-way integrated T-1 or PRI (Primary Rate Interface) facilities. TeleBlock offers a number of powerful features and benefits, including:

• No setup charges or MRCs-charges accrue when calls are verified against the DNC database
• Easy database management using a feature-rich, Web-based interface
• Call querying that utilizes industry database look-up standards
• Support for multiple locations, whether they're across town, or across the country
• Reduced administration costs
• Lower costs for organizations that use predictive dialers

Conferencing Services
Partnering with PAETEC also allows you to resell our advanced Audio Conferencing and Web Conferencing services. These state-of-the-art conferencing solutions offer:

• No MRCs or NRCs (Non-Recurring Costs)-users only pay when the services are used
• Audio Conferencing access and setup via toll or toll-free numbers with no prior reservations required
• Enhanced presentation capabilities through Web Conferencing-allowing users to view presentations online while on a call
• Web Conferencing at no additional charge for Audio Conferencing users

CPE (Customer Premises Equipment)
Bundled, PAETEC-managed router/channel banks are provided as part of all relevant services.

Reseller Metro Bundles
PAETEC's Reseller Metro Bundles provide a flexible solution that accommodates the needs of resellers like you for a simple to order, comprehensive packaged solution at a fixed price. Our Reseller Metro Bundles offer:

• An integrated solution of facilities, data and voice services, and CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) for end-users in a specific geographic region
• A single, all-inclusive MRC (Monthly Recurring Charge)
• Availability with or without CPE in LATAs (Local Access and Transport Areas) 128, 132, 222, 224, 228, 236, 238, 358, 458, 460, 730, and 732
• Easy ordering via PAETEC Online, our Web-based customer portal-simply enter the NPA (Numbering Plan Area)/NXX (Network Numbering Exchange) for a metro area to determine the appropriate zone and its corresponding pricing
• The possible addition of locations based on market opportunity and reseller requests
