Tailored Customer Service
Windstream's CampusLink customer service Web site gives your students the ability to get their account balances, verify rate information, access user guides, review their payment history, print copies of their bill, and even make payments. Students can also call our CampusLink Customer Service Center, where specially trained customer service representatives will assist them.
Proven Implementation
An extensive and proven implementation process ensures timely and trouble-free service initiation. That includes a team from Windstream who will work with your school to define policies and procedures for student billing and other program elements.
Marketing and Promotion Assistance
Windstream collaborates with you to create customized marketing plans that effectively reach students. These programs include summer promotional mailings, user guides, PBN (Personal Billing Number) cards, and retention/stimulation programs.
Student PBN
Every resident student receives an individual PBN for use in making calls on and off campus. Windstream activates and deactivates subscriber PBNs based on credit limits, past due balances, and payments made.
Comprehensive Billing and Reporting
Windstream develops and maintains a student billing database so that each student receives a monthly bill based on only his or her usage, eliminating any roommate conflicts over a combined telephone bill. Additionally, Windstream provides administrative billing and chargeback reporting. Your monthly, multi-tiered reporting will show university administrative and departmental call summaries, as well as individual call detail.
