Direct Trunk Overflow

Wide Geographic Availability
DTO (Direct Trunk Overflow) and Remote Access DTO are available virtually anywhere served by a Windstream local switch.

Easy-to-Use Controls
Using the Remote Access DTO service couldn't be easier. You just call a Windstream-provided toll-free number and follow a few verbal prompts. You'll be asked if you want to activate or de-activate your remote forwarding service, and, if you're activating it, you'll then be prompted to enter the phone number you want to redirect calls to. It's just that simple.

No Usage Costs
There is no charge for forwarded calls using DTO unless you are in a local measured service area, or are forwarding calls outside of your free local calling area.
