PAETEC offers three levels of Hosted IP Telephony:
Hosted IP Premium
Our Premium hosted service replicates PBX (Private Branch Exchange) functionality and offers a comprehensive suite of end-user and enterprise features, plus administrative and end-user Web-based management portals.
Hosted IP Basic
At the Basic level you'll receive a standard suite of end-user and enterprise features, as well as an enterprise administration portal.
Hosted IP Dial-tone
PAETEC's entry level dial tone service still allows you to enjoy a number of helpful enterprise features and an easy-to-use administration portal.
PAETEC's Hosted IP Telephony also offers your organization a wide range of collaboration services, including Voice Messaging, Auto Attendant, ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), and IP Conferencing.
