Reseller Metro Bundles
PAETEC's Reseller Metro Bundles provide an integrated solution of facilities, voice and data services, and CPE with a single MRC for end-users in a specific geographic region. Created as a flexible solution, the Metro Bundle accommodates the needs of a reseller for a simple-to-order, comprehensive packaged solution at a fixed price.

Bundles are available with or without CPE in LATAs 128, 132, 222, 224, 228, 236, 238, 358, 458, 460, 730, and 732, and can be ordered using PAETEC Online, our online customer portal. Each metro area is divided into zones, so you can simply enter the NPA/NXX to determine the appropriate zone and its corresponding pricing.*

reseller requests.

Private-IP
Private-IP (also known as VPN or Virtual Private Network) connects two or more customer locations with data connectivity (i.e. T-1), in a shared secure environment using network intelligence as opposed to point-to-point connections. PAETEC offers three types of VPN:

MPLS

  • The switching intelligence is performed within the PAETEC network
  • Appropriate for time-sensitive applications
  • Flexibility of IP and Quality of Service (QoS) with the privacy of ATM
  • Enable application and content hosting inside each VPN
  • Transport independent
  • This service is available from 128 K through to 155 Mbps

    • IPSec

  • A "tunnel-based" encrypted network provided over the Internet
  • This service is offered at 128 Kbps to 622 Mbps
  • HIPAA compliant

    • Frame Relay

  • A widely available, non-encrypted, connection-oriented technology
  • This service is offered at 64 Kbps to 45 Mbps

    • Burstable and Dedicated Internet
    PAETEC's Burstable Internet solution is ideal for customers who typically require plenty of bandwidth for a few hours a month (such as regularly scheduled data transfers). The user decides on the maximum data rate required which dictates the type of circuit. Monthly charges are calculated using the highest transfer rate after the top 10% of that month's usage is deducted. The service is available via the following circuits:

  • T-3 10 Mbps - 45 Mbps (in designated blocks)
  • OC-3 55 Mbps - 155 Mbps
  • OC-12 150 Mbps - 622 Mbps

    • PAETEC's fully managed Dedicated Internet Access is available in port speeds from 128 Kbps to 1 Gbps (off-net dedicated Internet is available at 1.5 Mbps). PAETEC's IP network is designed to never carry more that 50% utilization, resulting in industry-leading SLA guarantees. We offer 24 x 7 x 365 real-time network usage reporting on PAETEC Online.

    CPE
    Bundled PAETEC managed router/channel banks are provided as part of the sale.

    Video Conferencing
    PAETEC also offers Video Conferencing. This service is available via the Internet (T-1) or through Virtual Private Networks (VPNs). For an additional fee, video conferencing equipment is available.

    Colocation
    PAETEC offers a secure IT environment for facilities-based providers - ideal for ISP, ASP, and VoIP resellers. We offer a complete CO environment, minimized loop costs, and multi-market access.

    Our standard offering includes rack and square foot pricing with power. Additional power (including DC power) can be provided if required. PAETEC can also provide installation, maintenance, call-out, and cross-connect services; a separate colocation agreement covers these services.
