Reseller Metro Bundles
PAETEC's Reseller Metro Bundles provide an integrated solution of facilities, voice and data services, and CPE with a single MRC for end-users in a specific geographic region. Created as a flexible solution, the Metro Bundle accommodates the needs of a reseller for a simple-to-order, comprehensive packaged solution at a fixed price.

Bundles are available with or without CPE in LATAs 128, 132, 222, 224, 228, 236, 238, 358, 458, 460, 730, and 732, and can be ordered using PAETEC Online, our Web-based management tool. Each metro area is divided into zones, so you can simply enter the NPA/NXX to determine the appropriate zone and its corresponding pricing.*

* Additional locations will be considered and custom-developed based upon market opportunity and
reseller requests.

Local and Long Distance
PAETEC offers local and long distance service in the following LATAs across the U.S.: 122, 126, 128, 130, 132, 133, 134, 136, 140, 222, 224, 228, 234, 236, 238, 358, 458, 460, 730, 920, 974.

Local features* available:

  • Hunting - regular, circular, uniform call distribution, most idle, first-in first-out
  • Call forwarding, busy, no answer, don't answer, remote activation, call queuing
  • Call Rejection, Call Trace, Call Transfer, 3-way Calling, Caller ID, Speed Calling, Selective Call Handling
  • Account Codes, Authorization Codes, Expanded Rate Centers, Network Redirection
  • Call Return, Call Hold, B Channel Transfer, Call Privacy, Distinctive Alerting
  • Interoffice Dialing (3-6 digit) Foreign Exchange Service, Direct Trunk Overflow (DTO)
  • Directory Assistance

    • Long Distance features* available:

  • Account codes (verified and non-verified) Authorization codes, Override codes
  • ANI/DNIS, Directory Assistance, Toll Restriction (1+ and 0-blocking)

    8XX Toll-free
    Provide 8XX numbers and services to end users such as calling card providers, to facilitate in-bound calling to their business.

    8XX IntraLATA
    Deliver IntraLATA 8XX traffic for calling card providers and IXCs, by-passing the typical IXC terminating charge. This service is available in the following LATAs: 128, 132, 236, 358, 730, 732.

    Toll-Free and International Toll-Free (ITFS)
    PAETEC offers Toll-Free and International Toll-Free services on either a dedicated (direct to end-user), or switched (indirectly via the LEC). There are no initial start-up fees associated with provisioning and a monthly per-number fee does apply. Various features* are available on toll-free numbers:

  • Account codes (verified and non-verified)
  • Percentage allocation
  • Time-of-day routing
  • Customized routing
  • Payphone blocking
  • NPA and NPA-NXX routing
  • Geographic allowing/blocking
  • Dialed Network Identification Service (DNIS)
  • Customized announcement
  • Call forwarding
  • Call intercept

    CPE
    Bundled PAETEC managed router/channel banks are provided as part of the sale.

    Conferencing Services
    PAETEC offers Audio, Web, and Event Conferencing. Users simply pay for the features when used - no MRCs or NRCs.

    • Audio Conferencing can be accessed via toll or toll-free numbers without prior reservations. Features include: lock/unlock, listen only, participant count, and operator recall
    • Web Conferencing, used for online presentations, is available at no extra charge for Audio Conferencing users
    • Event Conferencing is a reservation conference service for large events (up to 3,000 participants). Operators assist and manage the conference, leaving users free to concentrate on presentations

    TeleBlock
    The TeleBlock® product is key for outbound telemarketers to ensure Do-Not-Call (DNC) list compliance and is offered to any on-net local and long distance customer that has a two-way Integrated T-1 or PRI facilities. A charge is made every time a call is verified against the DNC database; there are no set-up charges or MRCs.
