VoIP Origination
PAETEC's VoIP Origination provides IP service providers with a means to receive calls originating from the PSTN via a local telephone number. This allows them to quickly enter new markets by providing local telephone numbers to clients at their home, business, or a remote location. In addition, IP-based enterprises can use VoIP Origination to assign local telephone numbers to their clients. This gives providers a cost-efficient method to establish a local presence in more than 3,300 rate centers across the U.S. where PAETEC offers the service.
PAETEC's VoIP Origination product supports the following:
- Nomadic E-911
- Local number portability (LNP)
- Toll-free services
- Directory assistance
VoIP Termination
PAETEC's SIP-based termination offers service providers the ability to terminate outbound IP traffic via PAETEC as an alternative to the IXC. Our footprint spans over 80 percent of the nation's top 100 metropolitan areas. We offer multiple interconnect options, including T-1, Ethernet, and Public Internet. G.711a and G.729 compression is also available.
Equipment Colocation
PAETEC's Colocation allows customers to take advantage of our existing secure environments. Primary customers for this service include IP service providers, integrated service providers, and application service providers. Our racks are leased on a full rack basis with single 120VAC / 60Hz 20Amp circuit. AC voltage may also be provided upon request.
Interconnection
PAETEC offers many interconnect options which span dedicated T-1 through Public Internet to Aggregated MPLS VPN. Our MPLS Aggregation product allows service providers to develop their own "capital free" global network through the utilization of PAETEC's secure core data infrastructure.
